St Johns Wort might work, but it might not and I'm not in the mood for something that might not work.

I don't mean to be discouraging here, but St John's Wort has as much chance of working as a prescription antidepressant (some studies estimate that St John's Wort is as effective and powerful as Prozac, so it's not necessarily an issue of "might not be strong enough"). Some work for some people, some don't, and it's a trial-and-error process sometimes to find one that works properly for you, and has no side effects, or only side effects you can live with (mine makes short term memory iffy from time to time, but it's better than the alternatives, for me). I think it's important to know that because, if you try one and it doesn't have the desired effect, you won't think that that means others won't work, either.

Anyway - have no idea whether I'm helping or rambling, so I'll hush now. :) Best of luck, whichever route you choose.
