Practice makes perfect and you're very close to the top. Maybe you've missed an episode or didn't catch what Locke's theory of the week is, but a little bit more dedication and you'll be to the addict level. |

My legs ached when I woke up this morning. I walked 12 miles yesterday which is what caused it, but oddly enough my right leg ached more than my left. I thought I used both legs in the same way when I walked but apparently not...bizarre...
Dr Who and Rose = OTP. I'm just saying.
I'm leaning more and more towards the anti-depressants. St Johns Wort might work, but it might not and I'm not in the mood for something that might not work.
Plus, if I'm going to do the Insane thing, I may as well do it properly. Anti-depressants are part of the experience. And I've always believed you should be open to new experiences.
There's no point being half hearted about it.
Right, I'm off to eat a healthy stir fry and watch Love Actually

I'm leaning towards anti-depressants because I want something that is clinically proven to stop me feeling like a basket case - actually, what I really want is for someone to make the decision for me :P
Thank you for all your help and advice - I really appreciate it *loves*

ramble aimlesslyhelp, if I can. :)You could always just ask your doctor what she'd recommend, and try it. Never mind what they tell you, you'll notice a difference in the first week. By the end of the second, you'll probably know whether you feel better, worse, or the same, and/or whether you need to increase or decrease the dosage.
Good luck, dear. *hugs*
