Almost. You scored 90% accuracy! |
Practice makes perfect and you're very close to the top. Maybe you've missed an episode or didn't catch what Locke's theory of the week is, but a little bit more dedication and you'll be to the addict level. |

My legs ached when I woke up this morning. I walked 12 miles yesterday which is what caused it, but oddly enough my right leg ached more than my left. I thought I used both legs in the same way when I walked but apparently not...bizarre...
Dr Who and Rose = OTP. I'm just saying.
I'm leaning more and more towards the anti-depressants. St Johns Wort might work, but it might not and I'm not in the mood for something that might not work.
Plus, if I'm going to do the Insane thing, I may as well do it properly. Anti-depressants are part of the experience. And I've always believed you should be open to new experiences.
There's no point being half hearted about it.
Right, I'm off to eat a healthy stir fry and watch Love Actually

On a scale on 1 to 10, how mad do you feel today?
I think I'm at about 7.5

Date: 2005-04-18 11:28 am (UTC)I'm about the same, maybe an 8 really seeing as I've had drama. Gods I hate drama!
That's a good journal technique though, mapping our daily madness! lol Might actually make me slightly more sane. Hmmmm....

Date: 2005-04-18 03:12 am (UTC)I don't mean to be discouraging here, but St John's Wort has as much chance of working as a prescription antidepressant (some studies estimate that St John's Wort is as effective and powerful as Prozac, so it's not necessarily an issue of "might not be strong enough"). Some work for some people, some don't, and it's a trial-and-error process sometimes to find one that works properly for you, and has no side effects, or only side effects you can live with (mine makes short term memory iffy from time to time, but it's better than the alternatives, for me). I think it's important to know that because, if you try one and it doesn't have the desired effect, you won't think that that means others won't work, either.
Anyway - have no idea whether I'm helping or rambling, so I'll hush now. :) Best of luck, whichever route you choose.

Date: 2005-04-18 10:20 am (UTC)I'm leaning towards anti-depressants because I want something that is clinically proven to stop me feeling like a basket case - actually, what I really want is for someone to make the decision for me :P
Thank you for all your help and advice - I really appreciate it *loves*

Date: 2005-04-18 07:36 pm (UTC)ramble aimlesslyhelp, if I can. :)You could always just ask your doctor what she'd recommend, and try it. Never mind what they tell you, you'll notice a difference in the first week. By the end of the second, you'll probably know whether you feel better, worse, or the same, and/or whether you need to increase or decrease the dosage.
Good luck, dear. *hugs*
