I noticed on the way to my Aunt’s last night and the streets were deserted. There weren’t tumbleweeds blowing across the roads but it was pretty close. Funnier still, out of the few people that were out and about, 9 out of 10 of them were women.

It’s funny what a little thing like an international football game will do.

England 3 – Switzerland 0 and yet it was a boring match. Weird.

Have you ever been somewhere or seen something and though – I must put that in my live journal and in the back of your head you’ve been planning what you want to write, or am I the single saddest person on the face of the earth?

I've just been to see Bill Bailey, who was absolutely hilarious.

Quote of the evening: "The definition of a gentleman - someone who knows how to play the banjo, but chooses not to"

Note to self: Try to remember to put eye drops in before you put mascara and eyeliner on.

Internet Explorer just trashed my post. Which might have been for the best because I was whining. In a long and convoluted way.

I'm sleepy, for two reasons. Firstly because two men decided to have an argument outside my flat at some ungodly hour last night, either that or they were having a 'who can shout the most swear words at the other' contest. I'm not sure who the overall winner was but they both will have come out of it with pretty impressive scores.
And secondly, I've realized that I can't settle in bed unless I've got the duvet pulled over me. I kicked it off the other night and couldn't get comfortable and it eventually dawned on me that I was missing the duvet and needed to snuggle underneath it, despite the boiling hot weather. I even tried sleeping under a sheet last night, but woke up this morning with the sheet bunched up on one side of me and the duvet under my chin. So I've been baking in bed and wake up feeling drained.

Stupid need for snuggling.

I am a snuggle h0r.

There are worse things I suppose.

It just means I'm going to be yawning all day until Autumn.

And now I'm off to look at some Lost screen caps....

Wise Words
