Joel knows, ask him
Jun. 28th, 2004 09:08 pmI really couldn't be bothered to go to work this morning.
I'd have much rather spent the day inside my own head that trying to sort out some stupid project that the Operations Director dreamt up without putting any thought into how time cousuming it would be for everyone particually me (not to mention tedious).
There are times when it's better inside my head. "Sometimes I go into my own world...but that's okay, they know me there" You said it Joel Hodgson!
This did unfortunately did mean that I kept zoning out at work, but what I try to do is to keep my hand on the mouse, or my fingers on the keyboard, in the hope that it will look like I'm contemplating a tricky spreadsheet or something
I think the drooling might work against me though... :)
