How come no one has told Jennifer Lopez that she's crap? Her new song makes me want to throw myself out of a window. I think it's really in her best interest for someone to tell her to just give it up as a bad job.

I went to bed at 9.15 last night. And I feel like I've been hit by a train today – that's not how it's supposed to work!

It was like interactive TV. I shouted at Charlie when he told Claire that he didn't want to go for a walk with her. I pointed at the monitor and went "You go for a walk with her, Charlie!"

And then when Saywer shot that guy I was all "OMG" – I thought when he told Kate he'd killed a man he was lying. And when I turned out that the man wasn't the Saywer from the letter, but was just some innocent guy and Sawyer had been set up I had a complete Kermit flail meltdown. I was sat there waving my hands around shrieking "Oh my god oh my god oh my god!!" It's lucky I live alone really.

Could Charlie and Claire be any cuter?

Don’t you think it would be just brilliantly achingly cute if Charlie had to deliver Claire's baby? Can you imagine, Charlie being all cute and nobel and supportive, then getting all dewy eyed as he held up the baby for Claire to see?

Just how ded would we all be? I think I'll have to email JJ Abrams :)

I've worked out my wallking training schedual. It's fine for the next couple of weeks because the walks during the week are a couple of miles long, and I walk about 2 miles to and from work everyday.

I'm supposed to walk 5 miles on Saturday so I'll have to work out where I should go. Along the seafront and then back again I suppose.

It will start getting interesting when the weekend walks are 10+ miles long. I'm going to have thighs of steel. Either that or I'll be completely unable to move.
