Something I knew but have been reminded of – My job is making me nuts.

I was feeling all chipper this morning after a lovely weekend, arrived at work and after about half an hour I was going Arrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

I swear, the whole place needs smudging. I'm going to have to arrive at the office really early one morning and walk around the desks waving a big chunk of incense around. Being in this place is like being trapped under something heavy. I wonder if I could hire a crystal healer or a feng shui expert and put it on my expenses.

It was a lovely weekend, [livejournal.com profile] indigo_blind came down and we did the Brighton touristy things – the pier, the beach, the shops.

([livejournal.com profile] indigo_blind = very sweet, small, sparkly shoes and drinks as much tea as me and drinks it when it's still scalding hot – she's a hard woman!)

Then there was laughing at how crap An Insomniacs Nightmare is – we reckoned we could have done better with a borrowed hand held video camera in my flat with a £20 budget, and flailing like maniacs at Doctor Who. (Ann Droid - *worships Russell T Davies*)

We went to see Mr & Mrs Smith. It was really good fun, laugh out loud good fun and OMG Angelina Jollie looked hot. I was seriously starting to reconsider the choices I'd made regarding my sexuality then we got back to my flat to pictures of Shirt Over His Head!Dom.

*Guh* Yup, definitely heterosexual, I like boys – especially the delectable Mr Monaghan.

I think I need an icon saying that, the torso picture with "Dom confirmed my heterosexuality" or something on it.

Lady Cassandra, genius. Russell T Davies apparently came up the idea for her after watching an awards ceremony with so many celebrities with that stretched facelift look, he just took it to it's logical extreme. Moisturize me! Moisturize me!

Reason #583 why Glenis The Snarky Receptionist and I don't get along.

Glenis: "I watched a film the other day and it was a real struggle. I don't know how it managed to win all those awards."

Me: "What film was it?"

Glenis: "Lord of the Rings."

Me: *despair*

She doesn't like Doctor Who either.

I'm assuming that means you're going to go and see it rather than I've put you off:)

with a borrowed hand held video camera in my flat with a £20 budget

I think we all could.

Of course, my budget (that's about $50 Canadian, I think) would all go to condoms, lube, and handcuffs. :p

Dom: What kind of movie are we making here?

Heee heee!

I think £20 could buy me a feather boa, a tub of tiramisu and a large box of ribbed condoms.

Me: It's art.

Dom: Okay then, hand me a spoon...
