Ground control to major Tom

Something I have learned this week – Porridge isn’t the same when you make it in the microwave. The first time I tried to do it I put it in for too long and it erupted out of the bowl (Mt. Readybrek!) and the second time I got the timing right but it still was all weird and rubbery. So I’m not doing that again. It takes longer to do it the old fashioned way but it tastes much better.
