Just the other day I commented in someones LJ about when fandoms collide. She had posted a picture of Billy and the boy who plays Seamus Finnegan in Harry Potter and I said that if I ever saw a picture of Dom with James Masters or Alexis Denisof togther I would die in big puddle of fangirl squee.

Hostile Waters was on today (BBC must have rescheduled it fearing fangirl wrath) and there was Dom, looking so young and so cuuuuute, and then the scene changes to some American military office and there was Alexis Denisof!
Lovely, lovely Wesley!
So they weren't together per se, but they were in the same film and that's enough for me.

Next time I'll have to be sure to ask to see them together in person, in my house, preferably carring chocolate.

Hostile Waters was okay, that kind of film isn't my cup of tea really and I found it a bit boring. But 'Young Dom in a sailors uniform' (easy ladies) was nice, and he looked so young and his eyes were so big *melts slowly*

And speaking of cute, I went round to my sisters to see her baby rats yesterday. They'd just got their fur and their eyes are just staring to open.
So. Cute.
I'm glad that I haven't got room for a cage in my flat or I would be sorely tempted to have some, despite the fact that I'm slightly allergic. I'd have to call one of them Piper (from Charmed) and I think another would end up being called Merry, because I am sad.

Beth thinks that Gollum the rat is the Daddy because all the babies have his colouring. It's actually pretty funny. Hamilton and Hendrix (the other rats) are always fighting for supremacy, Hamilton is the alpha rat and Hendrix is always trying to assert himself but Gollum just doesn't care, he's too laid back. My theory is that when Hendrix and Hamilton off scrapping Gollum was with the babies mother (who Beth had been told was a boy, this was an unplanned pregnancy) going 'How you doin'?'
I think there's a lesson there...

I'm listening to Norah Jones because I'm feeling all mellow shmellow but it's being offset by my neighbour how has his THUMP THUMP THUMP trance music on, it's an odd combination. Even odder that the other days combination of THUMP THUMP THUMP and Leader of the Pack.

I think I might have a cup of tea, and perhaps finish my book (About a boy - v. good)

Ahhhhhhhhhhh

I left her this from The Secret Garden

That afternoon the whole world seemt to devote itself to being perfect. Perhaps out of pure heavenly goodness the spring came and crowded everything it possibly could into that one place. More than once Dickon paused in what he was doing and stood still with a sort of growing wonder in his eyes, shaking his head softly.
"Eh! It is graidley," he said. "I'm twelve goin' on thirteen an' there's a lot o' afternoons in thirteen years, but seems to me like I never seed on as graidely as this 'ere."
"Aye, it is a graidley one," Said Mary, and she sighed for mere joy. "I'll warrent it's th' graideliest one as ever was in this world."
"Does tha' think," Said Colin, with dreamy carefullness, "as happened it was made loike this 'ere all o' purpose for me?"
"My word!" cried Mary admiringly, "that there is a bit o good Yorkshire. Tha'rt shapin' first rate-that-tha'-art."
And delight reigned.

Thank you!
