My legs ached when I woke up this morning. I walked 12 miles yesterday which is what caused it, but oddly enough my right leg ached more than my left. I thought I used both legs in the same way when I walked but apparently not...bizarre...





Dr Who and Rose = OTP. I'm just saying.





I'm leaning more and more towards the anti-depressants. St Johns Wort might work, but it might not and I'm not in the mood for something that might not work.

Plus, if I'm going to do the Insane thing, I may as well do it properly. Anti-depressants are part of the experience. And I've always believed you should be open to new experiences.

There's no point being half hearted about it.

I'm about the same, maybe an 8 really seeing as I've had drama. Gods I hate drama!

That's a good journal technique though, mapping our daily madness! lol Might actually make me slightly more sane. Hmmmm....
