My legs ached when I woke up this morning. I walked 12 miles yesterday which is what caused it, but oddly enough my right leg ached more than my left. I thought I used both legs in the same way when I walked but apparently not...bizarre...
Dr Who and Rose = OTP. I'm just saying.
I'm leaning more and more towards the anti-depressants. St Johns Wort might work, but it might not and I'm not in the mood for something that might not work.
Plus, if I'm going to do the Insane thing, I may as well do it properly. Anti-depressants are part of the experience. And I've always believed you should be open to new experiences.
There's no point being half hearted about it.
